This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for services provided by AeroVista. Due to the bespoke nature of our travel planning and booking services, our policy is structured to be fair while accounting for the commitments we make to our partners and vendors.
1. General Policy
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms of the individual components of your booked itinerary (flights, hotels, tours, etc.), as well as AeroVista's service fees. These terms will be clearly outlined in your personalized travel agreement.
2. Service Fees
Our itinerary design and concierge service fees are non-refundable once the travel planning process has commenced. These fees cover the expert time and resources dedicated to crafting and managing your journey.
3. Cancellations by the Client
If you choose to cancel your trip, any potential refund will be subject to the policies of the third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We will act as your advocate to secure the maximum possible refund on your behalf. Cancellation penalties may apply and will vary.
4. Cancellations by AeroVista or Partners
In the unlikely event that a service is canceled by us or one of our partners, you will be entitled to a full refund for the affected portion of your itinerary, unless alternative arrangements of equal or greater value are agreed upon.
